The costume department for A Series of Unfortunate Events had a vintage silk pyjamas that disintegrated over multiple seasons of the series.
Clotho was tasked with recreating the material, color matching and digitally printing silk fabric so the costume department could recreate the pyjamas to maintain visual continuity. Through a series of iterations and experiments, we were able to produce a nearly identical digital textile print on silk, that mimicked the original embroidered stripe pattern.
